So in researching breads without HFCS in them or other ingredients Bryson can't have, I discovered this really great YouTube program, called Great Depression Cooking with Clara. She has some amazing recipes. In this economy, and with it only looking like it's getting worse, I figure we might as well live as frugally as possible. This recipe is simple and very easy...even for me! LOL... Also, I can adapt the recipes to leave out what he can't have.
One thing I will mention is that she doesn't mention (at least I didn't hear her) how much salt to put in. I consequently put NONE...don't do that. It doesn't make for tasty bread. hehehe. I halved the recipe, cut the dough into 4 pieces. I used 2 of the pieces of dough as pizza crust.
